We provide free estimates upon request
Each of our chef experiences is unique and will be tailored to your requests. We will use your food selections combined with the chef preparation (planning, shopping, cooking) and clean up times to generate your custom estimate. Most meals are starting at $115 and up this is for 4 course meal.
The estimate provided for hourly pricing includes shopping time cost, meal prep, serving and cleanup
- A deposit will be taken for the reservation to be made
- Ten or more people may require a sous chef, at the chefs request depending on menu selections when explaining/estimating hourly
- Invoicing | We will invoice you the following day after you have enjoyed your amazing private chef experience with family and friends
- We will charge the credit card that has been provided in advance unless otherwise specified.
- If you would like a Server it is an additional cost per hour
- A 20% gratuity fee will be added if none was given
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
Credit Cards – All major credit cards are accepted. A 3% processing fee applies.
Digital Payments – Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App (no additional fees).
Traditional Payments – Cash and check are welcome.
TERMS
- A non refundable deposit will be applicable, which needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to the date of this required service. Please call (303) 596 9005, or email chefs@yourbreckandcall.com, to obtain the applicable percentage that needs to be paid.
- CANCELLATIONS will be charged at 75% of what your estimate was if you cancel within 1 week, and 50% within 2 weeks. The Chefs’ hourly service rate and the cost of food purchased will be charged in full should the service be cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the confirmed booking date.

We offer full-service private chef experiences with everything included—except gratuity.
Staffing
One chef is typically sufficient for most events.
Groups of 9 or more may require a second chef, depending on the menu and service needs. This will be determined by the lead chef.
Second chef rate: $55/hour.

Holiday events are billed at 1.5x the standard chef rate.
Most holiday meals start at $175+ per person.
