BIO| OSCAR RIVERA | I am a professional Chef with 10 years for culinary background. I have worked in various kitchens all different in style, ethnicity, and technique. The reason being I love learning new ways to use Ingredients and different methods of cooking. I was born and raised in Los Angeles then moved to Arkansas where I fell in love with southern cooking. I have a Latin background and was classically French trained, I use these to my advantage for making unique flavors in fusion or just classic dishes. I love to cook and share my love of food. I use many of my mother and grandmother’s recipes that I hold close to my heart. I love to show people how to cook answer any questions to help understand or simply cook with clients to make unique memories.
