BIO | JACOB ZAWASKI | From Michigan to the mountains, Jacob has been learning food at the culinary school of hard knocks for 8 years now, 5 of those years in our beautiful mountain town!
Having grown up in a big family with lots of eating, food has always been a place of comfort and happiness. That being said, a couple years studying holistic health brought a light to the fact that good food does not need to be unhealthy food. Living in a country with a constant health crisis, he has decided to dedicate his style to be a combination of delicious and health conscious food. Having run a variety of kitchens for Vail resorts and town alike, Jacob has an eclectic palate that he will use to create a menu worthy of your social media praise. His wheelhouse falls in soul food, Asian, and Latin flavors, though he and his sous chef are always looking to try new concepts.
When he isn't cooking up tasty events, you'll find him with his wife/sous Tracey, and dog Aurora (pictured) exploring outside and living life to the absolute fullest!
