BIO | IAN HEYMANN | Originally from the Appalachian Trail region of New Jersey, Chef Ian has been living and working in Breckenridge for six years. Coming up in kitchens in such a rural area allowed him access to fresh, farm-to-table produce, giving him a love for simple food using quality ingredients. After moving to Breckenridge, he has worked as the Head Chef of two contemporary fine-dining restaurants which offered completely from-scratch dishes, using locally sourced products wherever possible.
