BIO | BRANDON McCANN | A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Brandon has over 17 years experience in kitchens. I got my start in a New York pizzeria throughout high school and after a few painful years working behind a desk I decided to drop it all and relocate to Colorado in 2009. I quickly found myself in restaurants once again working for and alongside very talented people and decided that restaurants are where I was meant to be. I obtained my first Head Chef position at a Keystone steakhouse in 2014. I have worked in a wide variety of restaurants including 18 months as a sushi chef, BBQ, various fine dining and high volume establishments. I have catered hundreds of weddings and events including the Pro Cycling Challenge and The Taste of St Louis. I enjoy the freedom and creativity that the private chef world allows and look forward to cooking for you & yours.
