Adam’s passion for cooking began at an early age when he would help his mom in the kitchen. From age 12 he loved to create menus & cook for his family. He naturally grew up to enjoy working in all aspects of a restaurant. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Adam has worked in fine dining as an executive chef, mixologist, server, and manager. As a self taught chef, he thrives on challenging himself to elevate dishes by putting his own creative twist on them. He likes experimenting with a variety of cuisines, discovering flavors, and new techniques. In addition to being a private chef, Adam has been a licensed fishing guide for over 15 years. He loves teaching clients about different fishing methods and seeing the excitement on their face when they catch a big one. What he enjoys most about being a chef for At Your Breck And Call, is the freedom it gives him to cook his favorite dishes and seeing the joy it brings to others.
